Email Application Checklist
1. Passport:The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of nine months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph:
Two passport sized photographs with white background. Please make sure that the photograph is not older than six months.

4. UK Company Letter:
The applicant should submit a letter from his or her UK company. The letter should be written in the company’s official letterhead. It should cover all important details about the applicant that include his or her employment status and position held in the company. The letter should also describe the details of the trip that includes the name and addresses of the companies that will be visited by the foreign national. The letter must also state the type of visa to be issued - single entry business visa, and assure sufficient funds for travel. Please note that this letter should be addressed to the Angola High Commission.
5. Invitation Letter:
An invitation letter issued by the Angolan company in their official letterhead should be submitted, and it should be addressed to the Consulate of Angola. This letter should state the contact details of the applicant and host, accommodation confirmation, with the address, signature, and date. The letter should also guarantee sufficient funds for the traveler during the trip. Please note that the letter should not be more than one month old.
6. Travel proofs:
Proof of onward and return tickets should be submitted. This itinerary should detail the applicant’s name, duration of the trip, dates of entry and exit from Angola, and the places to be visited.
7. Accommodation details:
Details of confirmed hotel room reservation should be provided. The reservation proof should carry details that include name of the applicant and the duration of stay.
8. Certificate of Yellow Fever Vaccination:
The applicant is required to submit a copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) for yellow fever.
9. Livelihood Proof:
The proof of livelihood must be equal in value to 200 USD, per day of the trip. The applicant can submit the bank statement as the livelihood proof.
Note 01: If you are submitting an invitation from an Angolan company that is first time approaching the Angolan embassy in London, it is also necessary to submit commercial license, tax receipt, company registration and publication of the registered company in the "Diário da República".
Note 02: Original and one copy of each document must be submitted by the applicant.
