the applicant should maintain a neutral facial expression.
- The traveler residing in the United Kingdom
should submit the ILR card or proof of residence status. Please note that
this residence proof has a validity of six months after completing the trip
to Slovakia.
- It is necessary to submit the full version of
the itinerary. This itinerary should be sent directly by an airline
company or a travel agency. The validity of the visa will be determined by
authorities in Slovakia based on this itinerary.
- An employment letter issued by the applicant’s
employer in the UK should be submitted. This employment letter should be addressed
to the Slovakia High Commission. This UK company letter should state that
a leave has been granted to the traveler, and he or she will return to
work after completing foreign trip. Self-employed travelers can submit the
copy of business license or tax return. If the traveler is retired, he or

be submitted.
- A recent bank statement stamped by the issuing
