Email Application Checklist
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
Three passport sized photographs with a light background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.

A letter from your UK employer should be submitted. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead, and it should cover details like purpose and nature of the trip.
5. Invitation letter:
An invitation letter from the host company in Equatorial Guinea should be submitted. The letter should explain the purpose of the trip, planned travel dates, and should also guarantee sufficient funds. This invitation letter should be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Equatorial Guinea.
6. Travel proofs:
Proof of onward and return tickets should be submitted.
7. Livelihood proof:
Recent bank statements of the applicant should be submitted.
8. Police certificate:
An original police certificate issued within the last six months should be submitted.
Three photocopies of the visa application form should be taken, and it should be duly signed by the applicant.
