Email Application Checklist
1. Passport:
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph: Two passport sized photographs with a light background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.

International certificate for Vaccination of yellow fever should be submitted.
5. Accommodation details:
Details of confirmed hotel room reservation should be provided. The reservation proof should carry details that include name of the applicant and the duration of stay.
6. UK Company Letter:
A letter from your UK employer should be submitted. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead, and it should cover details like purpose and nature of the trip. This letter should be addressed to the Consulate of Guinea.
7. Invitation letter:
An invitation letter from the host company in Guinea should be submitted. The letter should explain the purpose of the trip, planned travel dates, and should also guarantee sufficient funds. This letter should be certified at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs protocol division.
