Email Application Checklist
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages side by side.

3. Visa application form:All applicants are required to fill the visa application forms online on the embassy system. However a small mistake can lead to you visa being rejected. Hence, complete our online questionnaire from section D below and we will email you a completed embassy visa application form, ready for you to sign. 4. UK Company Letter:
An original letter from the applicant’s UK employer should be submitted. The UK company letter should be written on the official letterhead, and it should detail the employment status and the position held by the applicant in the company. The letter should also provide details about the nature and purpose of the visit that includes the names of the companies that will be visited by the foreign national during the Russian trip. The business letter should also mention the name of a company or a person in Russia who will take financial responsibility of the trip.
5. Invitation letter:
An invitation letter from the Russian host company, approved by the Russian Ministry of Interior or the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs should be submitted. The letter should explain the purpose of the trip, planned travel dates, and should also guarantee sufficient funds.
