Email Application Checklist
1. Passport:
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph: 2 passport sized photographs with a light background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.

For a multiple-entry tourist visa, you additionally need:

7. UK Company Letter:
The applicant should submit a letter from his or her UK company. The letter should be written in the company’s official letterhead. It should cover all important details about the applicant that include his or her employment status and position held in the company. It should specify that the employee has been granted leave for the duration of the trip. The letter should also describe the purpose of the trip. If the applicant is self-employed, he/she can submit an accountant letter, self assessment and a company registration document. Students can attach an official letter from their educational institute.
