Email Application Checklist
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months' validity and two blank pages.
2. Photograph: 1 passport-sized photograph with a white background, taken within the last six months. In the photograph, the applicant should make sure that he or she is maintaining a neutral facial expression.

Evidence of accommodation bookings in Timor Leste such as hotel reservation, complete with dates of stay, name of the applicant, and name and address of the hotel.

A copy of onward or round-trip tickets.
6. Proof of Sufficient Funds:
Copies of recent bank statements, displaying sufficient funds to support the applicant’s stay in Timor Leste.
7. UK Company Letter:
The applicant should submit a covering letter from his or her UK company. The letter should be written in the company’s official letterhead. It should cover all important details about the applicant that includes his or her employment status and position held in the company. The letter should also describe the details of the trip that includes the name and addresses of the companies that will be visited by the foreign national. The UK Company Letter should also specify the type (single entry or multiple entries) of the visa and the validity needed. The letter should also guarantee sufficient funds to support the needs of the foreign national during the Timor Leste trip. It should be addressed to the High Commission of Timor Leste.
8. Invitation Letter:
The invitation letter should be issued by the host company in Timor Leste, and it should be addressed to the Consulate of Timor Leste. It should not be older than one month and must contain the original signature of the authorizing officer along with a guarantee of sufficient funds and a clear explanation for the purpose of the visit.
9. Sponsorship Form:
A scanned copy of the sponsorship form if the applicant’s expenses are being covered by a host or a third party in Timor Leste. It should be accompanied by a scanned copy of the National ID Card (if the sponsor is Timorese) or the scanned copy of the sponsor's residence permit (if the sponsor is a foreigner third party).
