Email Application Checklist
The passport must be signed and it should have a minimum of six months validity and two blank pages.

Proof of onward and return tickets should be submitted.
5. UK Company Letter:
The applicant should submit a letter from his or her UK company. The letter should be written in the company’s official letterhead. It should cover all important details about the applicant that includes his or her employment status and position held in the company. The letter should also describe the details of the trip that includes the name and addresses of the companies that will be visited by the foreign national. The UK Company Letter should also specify the type (single entry or multiple entries) of the visa and the validity needed. The letter should also guarantee sufficient funds to support the needs of the foreign national during the Venezuela trip. It should be addressed to the High Commission of Venezuela.
6. Invitation Letter:
The invitation letter should be issued by the host company in Venezuela, and it should be addressed to the Consulate of Venezuela. It should not be older than one month and must contain the original signature of the authorizing officer along with a guarantee of sufficient funds and a clear explanation for the purpose of visit.
7. Criminal Record Certificate:
A Spanish-translated and apostilled Criminal Record that has been approved and issued by a authentic, competent body.
8. Status Proof:
A Spanish-translated and apostilled recent, residence permit.
9. Chamber of Commerce Document:
In case you own the company, you have to submit a copy of the Chamber of Commerce of the company where you are employed.
9. Proof of Funds:
A bank letter that specifies the balance in your account and details all the banking transactions done in the last 3 months. It must contain the signature and seal of the institution and should be addressed to the Consulate General of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
10. Yellow Fever Certificate:
An original and a copy of the International Certificate against Yellow Fever.
11. Identity Proof:
One copy of the ID proof of the applicant.
